Beads and cotton combine to provide soothing moist heat. Simply place the pack in the microwave to heat (no water needed). Thera-Temp® packs produce moist heat by drawing moisture from humidity in the air and retain it in the therapeutic beads. Moist heat packs include belt as indicated.
