Smith and Nephew Solosite Hydrogel Dressing 2″x2″ are specially designed to keep close contact with the wound bed. This creates a moist wound environment which helps in autolytic debridement of necrotic tissue. Solosite Hydrogel dressings may be packed into and around the sides of the wound without pooling or leaving portions of the wound bed uncovered.
