The PICO Negative Pressure Pump consists of an NPWT pump connected a gentle, highly-absorbent adhesive dressing. The pump is powered by two AA lithium batteries and it includes separately packed dressings complete with fixation strips. After use, the pump and batteries may be recycled. The dressing consists of 4 layers; Top film layer has a high moisture vapor transmission rate, super absorbent core locks away exudate, pioneering airlock layer facilitates the distribution of NPWT across the wound, and the silicone adhesive layer protects the wound environment.
