LEUKOSTRIP wound closure strips are made of 100% polyamide material coated with a hypoallergenic adhesive which allows almost pain-free closure of the wound. By replacing skin clips with LEUKOSTRIP on the third post-operative day, scar formation at the puncture sites is minimized. LEUKOSTRIP can also be combined with subcutaneous or intracutaneous stitches as well as being used to supplement clip or individual over-and-over sutures.
