Secura Dimethicone Protectant is a topical cream that provides protection from exposure to urine and feces on the skin in the perineal area. Secura dimethicone skin protectant can also be used after radiation to condition and soothe the skin. Secura dimethicone cream contains 5% Dimethicone which helps protect from minor skin irritations from diaper dermatitis and wetness. It absorbs quickly and will not wash away.
